The Wichita Aero Club's first annual WAC Open Golf Tournament will feature all the trappings of a PGA event since it will kick-off a week of events culminating in the annual PGA Nationwide Tour event at Crestview Country Club on August 5-8, 2010. The WAC event will provide golfers with the same atmosphere and conditions the pros experience since it will be played on the same course the Nationwide Tour event will use the following weekend. There will also be souvenirs, prizes and an awards reception and dinner in the Wichita Open Hospitality Chalet at the conclusion of the event. It promises to be a terrific golfing and social experience with proceeds going towards the support of WAC-designated charities and scholarships. Make plans now to attend.
